Great help, in locating pluming and electrical items.
We are a local family that came in to pick up some hardware. During our time there my four year son had to use the restroom and when my husband asked where the bathroom was Kim, who was working the counter told him it was broken when my husband asked where the close one was she yelled at him to take my son to the trees outside... While they were gone she continue to talk badly about customers and always cleaning up after them. Personally I think that is part of having a job. I will not be returning or recommending Ace Hardware to any one starting from today for I feel that they were rude and just did not care about the customer's needs.
